TFC was founded to solve a problem far too common in the finance world: first-home buyers left feeling overwhelmed, confused, and completely in the dark.

Meet Tayla

Founder. First-home buyer turned first-home advocate.

Tayla Phillips knows what it’s like to feel out of depth when buying a first home. She purchased her first property at just 20 and quickly realised how little guidance was offered to buyers like her.

With a background spanning over 8 years across real estate, property development, finance, and management, Tayla brings real-world experience and a refreshingly human approach to an industry that often forgets who it’s supposed to serve.

TFC was born from her drive to make first-home finance not only easier to navigate, but actually empowering for the people going through it. Her commitment to education, clarity, and care sits at the core of everything TFC delivers.

Our Process

Buying your first home comes with enough unknowns, your finance journey shouldn’t be one of them. At TFC, our process is designed to keep things simple, supportive, and structured so you always know what’s happening next.

  • 1. Let's Chat

    This is where we review your current financial situation, we will create a savings plan if you aren't deposit ready, or if you are ready to rock and roll we will progress to obtaining documents.

  • 2. Let's Collect

    This is the only part of the process where some of the heavily lifting is on you. The Client Centre will be sent to you where you can securely complete your information & uploaded your documents. I'll then take it from there.

  • 3. Let's Meet

    We will review your scenario and complete all of the background work so you can kick back and relax. During out meeting we will cross the t's and dot the I's so you feel comfortable in the pathway forward.

  • 4. Let's Lodge

    We will prepare, lodge & manage your application from Pre-Approval right through to Formal Approval, and be right by side to take you from A to B.
