Building instead of buying? We’ll handle the finance from start to finish. From budgeting and pre-approval, to structuring your construction loan the right way!

From assessing your borrowing power to helping you access Scheme eligibility & the First Home Owner Grant, we make sure the finance side is clear and structured from the start.

1. Let's Chat
This is where we review your current financial situation, we will create a savings plan if you aren't deposit ready, or if you are ready to rock and roll we will progress to obtaining documents.

2. Let's Collect
This is the only part of the process where some of the heavily lifting is on you. The Client Centre will be sent to you where you can securely complete your information & uploaded your documents. I'll then take it from there.

3. Let's Meet
We will review your scenario and complete all of the background work so you can kick back and relax. During out meeting we will cross the t's and dot the I's so you feel comfortable in the pathway forward.

4. Let's Lodge
We will prepare, lodge & manage your application from Pre-Approval right through to Formal Approval, and be right by side to take you from A to B.

With a background spanning over 8 years across real estate, property development, finance, and management, Tayla brings real-world experience and a refreshingly human approach to an industry that often forgets who it’s supposed to serve.
